  • Make sure WIFI is not connected to any TFH networks, we use hardline connections.
    If we’re connected, make sure to disconnect from the network,

PVP

  • CHECK INPUTS ON PVP

    • SDI for baptism (this is backup)

ASSET TRANSFER

  • Transfer assets/weekend drop to weekend folder

    • Make new weekend folder ~TFH Media/Weekend/Year/Month/Date

    • Drag assets from weekend drop to new weekend folder
      ie, ~Sync/Weekend Drop/Slides(or Videos) to ~TFH Media/Weekend/Year/Month/Date

    • Series Assets Kits should dropped into ~TFH Media/Weekend/Series Asset Kits

    **WE DO NOT DRAG DROP ASSETS FROM SYNC FOLDER DIRECTLY INTO PVP**

ATEM SWITCHER

  • OPEN ATEM SOFTWARE

    • Set Program Bus To PVP

    • Set Preview Bus To MP1

    • NEXT Transition Panel
      BKGD and KEY should be yellow

    • DSK1 (This Is Control Room ProPresenter)

      • On Air

If this is setup as in the illustration, AUTO TRANS will change between PVP and Baptism.
