DO I HAVE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE TO SERVE ON THE PRODUCTION TEAM?

No experience required to serve on this team. Many of our volunteers have started on the team with little to no experience and now operate at a high capacity. We ask that you maintain a good and teachable attitude, and stay committed to learning the craft.

HOW OFTEN DO YOUR WEEKEND VOLUNTEERS SERVE?

Production team members typically serve once every third or fourth week depending on their position. Because of the impact the production has on the services at all of our campuses, we ask certain positions to serve the entire weekend. There are some positions on the team that serve on either Saturday or Sunday.
